Our owner, Mark Murphy is a Certified Home Inspector with the NAHI and brings over 25 years of construction and renovation experience. Clients have come to know Mark as a reliable, knowledgeable and trusted resource.

We understand that choosing to buy a home is huge investment and therefore, we want keep the process friendly. The inspection process can often seem stressful and a positive inspection might be vital to closing the deal.

As you may know, a home inspection is a visual, non-invasive inspection of the property. You will be provided with an overall report of the home's condition and we give you a list of things to watch for, so that you can be sure you've made a sound investment.

Step 1:  Once you have confirmed your booking with HomeSure, you will receive a welcome email thanking you for your trust in Homesure as well as a pre-inspection agreement.  This agreement outlines the scope of the inspection so that you know what to expect. 

Step 2:  The inspection begins even before you reach the property!  Our experienced, professional Home Inspector Mark will research your intended property to identify if there are any outstanding or existing permit that have not been closed.

Step 3:  Mark will meet you at the property at the predetermined time and date to conduct the inspection of the residence. Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection so they can see first hand any deficiencies that might be noted.

Step 4:  Homesure will compile and deliver a detailed report of the property in a written or verbal format depending on the inspection that you need. Mark will answer any questions and provide a list of recommendations based on findings.
